Operations platform for a digital agency

Agency Ops project view for “Website redesign”: a kanban board with To do, In progress, Review and Done columns, task cards showing priority, estimates, assignees and due dates, beside the app’s sidebar of Delivery, People, Money and Knowledge sections.
An invoice detail page showing the billed client, a line item, subtotal, GST and total, with actions to mark it paid, send it, duplicate it and download a PDF.

Overview

Everything an agency runs on, in one place

Agencies usually run on a patchwork: a CRM in one tool, tasks in another, time in a spreadsheet, invoices in an accounting app, and client feedback scattered across email. Each hand-off loses context, and nothing can answer a simple question like “is this project profitable?”.

Agency Ops replaces that patchwork with one platform. Staff get a workspace for clients, projects, boards, time and leave. Management gets the pipeline, capacity and reporting. Finance gets quotes, invoices, expenses, bills and treasury. Clients get their own portal to review work and approve it, and they can see nothing beyond their own account.

I designed the data model and permission system, built the whole application and deployed it as a single Docker stack.
